Subcontractor Safety Requirements

T.W. Clark Construction Inc. (hereinafter referred to as T.W. Clark) is committed to providing a place of employment for all employees that is free from recognized hazards, unsafe conditions, or inadequate process. In so doing T.W. Clark is required by state & federal regulatory agencies to ensure all sub-contract & lower tier sub-contractors employed by T.W. Clark have an "effective in practice" Safety Program.

T.W. Clark has designed this page to assist our subcontractor & lower tier subcontractors in developing an “effective in practice” safety program that is required by federal & state legislation.

STEP 1

Subcontractor Safety Plan

Please submit a copy of your company Accident Prevention Plan to the TW Clark Safety Director once annually to ksnyder@twclark.com.

STEP 2

Submit Site Specific Safety Plan

Please submit a site-specific safety plan Index to the project manager and contract administrator. This is a condensed version of your company Accident Prevention Plan that is specific to the project and your scope of work. It must include an Emergency Action Plan.
