Green Door Flats apartments were built on a small lot with only one access point in Spokane Valley. T.W. Clark arranged parking for workers with a nearby church and, as the project neared completion, worked with a neighboring developer to direct construction traffic away from the site, minimizing impact and ensuring safety for new tenants.
