Delivering Through Complexity. Central Washington University envisioned a major science facility that would serve as a center for its scientific and academic community. Construction took place during COVID, adding significant supply-chain, workforce, and scheduling complexity to an already large and demanding project. T.W. Clark’s experienced project team remained focused on execution, quality, budget, and schedule throughout construction.
