Bringing New Life to a Century-Old Building. Brick West transformed the historic Watts Automotive building into a modern industrial brewery designed for both brewing and gathering. With a structure more than 100 years old, the project required significant evaluation and structural upgrades. T.W. Clark was involved from the design phase, working with the team to understand the existing building, evaluate constructability, and find solutions that preserved the owner’s vision while maintaining quality and budget. The result is a distinctive brewery that blends the character of the original building with its new purpose, and another successful project in a client relationship that has continued through numerous projects.
