Gonzaga Student Housing

Building With a Developer’s Perspective. This 17-unit student housing project near Gonzaga University combined T.W. Clark’s construction expertise with our firsthand development experience. Our team was involved early in budgeting and development, helping secure financing and move the project forward. Construction presented its own challenges, with a highly constrained site bordered by streets, alleys, and overhead utilities requiring careful scheduling and just-in-time material deliveries. The result is a distinctive building overlooking the spires of St. Aloysius Church, providing highly sought-after student housing directly across from campus and remaining fully leased years after completion.
