The Oaks

Building the Mission Within the Budget. The Oaks envisioned a school that reflected its mission as a classical Christian academy while staying within a fundraising-driven budget and opening in time for the new school year. T.W. Clark was involved from the fundraising and design phases through construction, working closely with the owner to continually evaluate costs, develop value-engineering options, and prioritize where available dollars would have the greatest impact. The result is a beautiful school with exceptional finishes, delivered on schedule and within the project’s financial constraints, and a successful partnership that has continued through additional projects.
